Anti-fog = สินค้าเป็นการเคลือบป้องกันการขึ้นฝ้า เวลาหายใจไม่เป็นไอบนแผ่น
Anti-static = กันไฟฟ้าสถิตย์สำหรับการใช้งานในห้องแลป ไม่ใช่การถูเสียดระหว่างแผ่นแล้วไม่เกิดรอย

หมายเหตุ : ลูกค้าสามารถ ขอเอกสาร รับรองคุณภาพที่ผ่านการทดสอบและยืนยันคุณสมบัติดังที่กล่าวไป จากฝ่ายขาย (SGS certification)

ในการ QC หลังผลิตจากโรงงาน

เนื่องจาก รง.ผลิตออกมาเป็นม้วนก่อน แล้วไปผ่านขั้นตอนการ เคลือบสาร anti-static + anti-fog
ถึงจะนำมาปั้มเป็นแผ่นที่เราสั่ง ดังนั้น การเคลือบผิว ด้านในม้วน จะเป็นการเคลือบ 100%
ด้านนอกม้วน จะเป็นการเคลือบประมาณ 90% ครับ

สังเกตุ ได้จากการแกะห่อออกมาด้านที่โค้งนิดหน่อยคือด้านในที่เคลือบ 100%
สามารถเอาไปใช้งานดัดโค้งเพิ่มอีกนิดก็ทำหน้ากากได้แล้วครับ

ข้อควรระวังในการจัดเก็บสินค้า

หลีกเลี่ยงการจัดเก็บในที่อุณภูมิที่สูงกว่าอุณภูมิปกติเป็นระยะเวลานาน หรือ สถานที่อากาศถ่ายเทไม่สะดวก
หลีกเลี่ยงการจัดเก็บกลางแดด
ควรจัดเก็บในพื้นที่เรียบเสมอกันหาก นำออกมาจากห่อแล้ว

ข้อควรระวังสำหรับการประกอบชิ้นงาน Faceshield

ควรประกอบบนพื้นที่เรียบเสมอกัน ผิวไม่ขรุขระ เหมือน พื้นทรายล้างเพราะจะทำพื้นผิวเป็นรอย
ถ้าไม่มีแนะนำให้ปูรองด้วยวัสดุอื่นเช่น พลาสวูด อะคริลิค โต๊ะกระจก แผ่นpvc และ นำผ้ากำมะหยี่ มาปูรองทับพื้นเรียบอีกที เพื่อลดการเกิดรอย

ข้อแนะนำในการ QC

ควรใส่ถุงมืออนามัยค่อยๆหยิบมาส่องไฟทีละแผ่นตรวจสอบความใส
ไม่ควรขูดลอก ฟิลม์เคลือบ เนื่องจากสินค้าที่ทำจากเม็ดพลาสติก PET นี้ไม่มีการเคลือบทั้งหน้าและหลังเพื่อคงความใสและไม่เป็นคราบที่อาจเกิดจากการลอกแผ่นฟิลม์เคลือบออก และ ป้องกัน การหยิบจับแผ่นระหว่างการลอก

ข้อแนะนำก่อนการใช้งาน

ก่อนทำงาน ไม่ต้องเช็ดหรือทำความสะอาดอะไรครับ เพราะแผ่นมาจากโรงงานสะอาดอยู่แล้ว
รวมถึงโรงงานใช้กระดาษห่อแบบบไม่มีขุยให้เลาะแผ่นงานครับ
เมื่อประกอบเป็น หน้ากากแล้ว หากนำไปใช้งานก็สามารถเช็คทำความสะอาดด้วยแอลกอฮอลได้ครับ

ข้อควรระมัดระวังสำหรับงานใช้ขนส่ง

ไม่ควรโยนสินค้าด้วยกำลังที่แรง อาจเกิด การกระแทกและชำรุดต่อสินค้าและหีบห่อ
ไม่ควรให้หีบห่อชำรุดเสียหาย/ขาดระหว่างขนส่ง
แนะนำให้ห่อ airbubble เพิ่ม หรือ พลาสติก PVC หนา เพิ่มอีกชั้นในกรณีใช่ขนส่งในการจัดส่ง

ข้อแนะนำการทำความสะอาด Faceshield

สำหรับการใช้งานการแพทย์ : โดยปกติคุณหมอเขาจะเช็ดแอลกอฮอล์เช็ดบ่อยก็จะค่อยๆเสื่อม แต่ส่วนมากใช้ 2-3 ครั้งก็ทิ้งเปลี่ยนอันใหม่

เพราะต้องระวังการติดเชื้อมากๆ

สำหรับการใช้งานทั่วไป : สามารถใช้ผ้าชุบน้ำหมาดๆเช็ดได้แต่ถ้า เช็ดบ่อยๆก็เสื่อมแต่ยังคงใช้เป็น face shieldได้อยู่

เพียงแต่คุณสมบัติป้องกันหมอกค่อยๆลดลง

หมายเหตุ : แต่ถ้าเช็ดด้านหน้าอย่างเดียวก็ไม่เป็นไร เพราะ anti-fog อยู่ด้านหลัง
